The new financial aid program, «Winter Support», has been launched in Ukraine, with 2.5 million applications submitted through the «Diia» app. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this on Facebook.
Zelensky noted that over 300,000 of these applications are for children.
He emphasized that the pace and volume of applications clearly indicate the necessity of such a program.
The President also mentioned that starting Tuesday, Ukrainians will have the option to submit applications via Ukrposhta. The government will ensure full funding for this initiative. 
Remember, after submitting an application for one-time assistance under the «Winter Support» program, funds are expected to arrive within 10 days.
