Recent attacks on railway infrastructure have led to alterations in train schedules and delays.
"Due to the attacks on railway lines, trains in the eastern regions of Ukraine are changing their routes and departing with delays", – reported Ukrzaliznytsia.
It is noted that overnight, the enemy targeted the Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. There are no casualties, but the railway infrastructure has been damaged.
A number of trains heading east are now following modified routes, resulting in delays. This includes the following services:
- №102 Kherson – Husarivka,
- №104 Lviv – Husarivka,
- №712 Kyiv – Husarivka,
- №92 Odesa – Husarivka.
Additionally, train №733 Dnipro – Kyiv is operating with a supplementary locomotive, with an estimated delay of less than an hour.
Due to damages on the Donetsk and Zaporizhia routes, delays may reach up to 5 hours for the following trains:
- № 31/32 Zaporizhia – Przemyśl
- № 119/120 Dnipro – Chełm, which also includes attached cars from Pavlohrad to Kyiv,
- № 37/38 Zaporizhia – Kyiv.
Moreover, some suburban trains in Sumy region and from Chernihiv to Kyiv will also experience delays. Therefore, please consider this when planning your travels.
