Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klychko has called on residents of the capital to prepare for possible challenges by stocking up on water, a first aid kit, food supplies, and charging autonomous devices. He made this announcement via Telegram.

“The situation is complicated. Let’s be honest and not engage in self-soothing. The enemy does not stop. A new attack is expected in the coming days,” Klychko emphasized.

Klychko urged Kyiv residents to remain focused and act pragmatically, including making water reserves, preparing a first aid kit, warm clothing, food supplies, and charging autonomous devices, while also not ignoring alarm signals.

According to him, last night Kyiv experienced one of the most challenging attacks. All services have been engaged in addressing the aftermath since early morning.

Energy workers have already restored electricity to over 423,000 consumers. The restoration of power continues to ensure timely supply to all others.

“The water supply system has been restored and is functioning normally. However, in some buildings where there is still no electricity, there may be a lack of cold water on upper floors due to non-operational pressure booster pumps,” Klychko noted.

He also highlighted that all city services are working around the clock and in enhanced mode to restore stable operation of the city’s life support systems.
