Over 23 million Ukrainians are now utilizing digital documents and online services via the "Diia" platform. Since October 2024, the number of users has increased by two million, as reported by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
Since the launch of the portal in 2020, more than five years have passed, during which 33 digital documents and over 70 services have been introduced. Through the app, Ukrainians can access digital passports, diplomas, re-register vehicles, get married, and perform many other tasks.
Additionally, more than 25,000 government institutions and companies have integrated "Diia" services. This allows users to share digital documents instead of passport photos, use "Diia.Signature" instead of in-person visits, and complete forms automatically without manual entry.
At the beginning of September, Ukraine also became the first country in the world to launch a state assistant based on artificial intelligence within "Diia". This agent can answer questions and provide services directly in a chat.
At the end of September, "Diia" introduced a service that allows Ukrainians to apply for multiple social benefits in one request. This summer, the multi-account "Diia.Card" was also launched, enabling users to receive state payments.
Among other features of the platform is a weapon registration service, which generated 200,000 permits within just a week, a quick tool for reporting issues with internet or connectivity, and even a certificate for single individuals.
