Starting October 10, 2023, JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" will launch a new train route connecting Kyiv and Bucharest. This was announced by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development on Saturday.
The train will operate daily, passing through cities such as Vinnytsia, Zhmerinka, Mohyliv-Podilskyi, Velchynets, Ungheni, and Yassi, ultimately reaching the capital of Romania, Bucharest.
Departure from Kyiv is scheduled for 06:30, arriving in Bucharest at 06:47 the next day.
In the return direction, the train will leave Bucharest at 19:10, arriving in Kyiv at 19:41 the next day.
The train will stop at Bucharest's central station – Gara de Nord. High-speed trains to the airport regularly depart from this station.
The ticket price for a coupe compartment is approximately 3800 UAH.
