On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will occur to update the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). This has been announced by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this period, the operation of the Register will be temporarily suspended, and services integrated with it will be unavailable, including:
- digital veteran ID in the apps «DiiA» and «Veteran Pro»;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- status checks for veterans in the offices of authorized persons (AOs);
- automated status checks for benefits and payments.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain protected. After the maintenance is completed, the functionality of the Register and related services will be restored to normal operation.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database that contains information about individuals with the status of war veterans, combatants, and those affected by war. The Register facilitates automated status checks for the provision of benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with various digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs urges everyone to consider the temporary limitations in operation and to inform veterans and citizens about potential inconveniences.
