Nova Poshta has issued a warning regarding the recent circulation of fake messages sent in its name, which have no connection to the company.

This information was shared by the press service of Nova Poshta.

Customers have been receiving SMS from unknown numbers stating: 'Your package has been delayed due to an incorrect index.' The message includes a dangerous link supposedly for confirming the address, but in reality, it is a method for collecting personal and banking information.

‘Do not click on the link in the SMS and do not share your personal data. Delete the message and inform your relatives, especially elderly individuals who may fall victim to this scam,’ the company emphasized.

All official communication from Nova Poshta occurs only through verified channels:

• website;
• mobile application;
• social media;
• SMS messages.
