The State Ukreximbank, based in Kyiv, is set to close 12 branches in 10 cities across Ukraine as part of its network optimization strategy, emphasizing the importance of digital services and adapting to the needs of corporate clients.

This was explained by the financial institution to the agency "Interfax-Ukraine".

"The necessity of the bank's physical presence in each region is determined by the geography of our clients' business interests, and the network built on this logic will fully meet the current needs and expectations of the business from a corporate bank," the statement said.

According to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the last working day for two branches in Kyiv (at Sobornosti Ave., 8/2 and V. Ivasyuk Ave., 26A) will be November 21, 2025, along with one branch each in Lviv (V. Chornovola Ave., 63), Mykolaiv (Bohoyavlensky Ave., 42-A), Chornomorsk (Myru Ave., 24/3-N), Kremenchuk (Yevropeiska St., 43), and Netishyn (Independence Ave., 14).
