The State Savings Bank has obtained a license for international freight transportation.
This was announced by the bank's press service, citing the decision from the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine made on July 3, 2025.
It is noted that due to the closure of civil aviation, all forms of currency values can now only be delivered to Ukraine via road transport.
In order to ensure continuous operations, the State Savings Bank has started transporting currency values from abroad and within Ukraine using specialized vehicles.
To legally and safely conduct such transport within the European Union, the bank had to obtain the necessary license.
“The possession of a license for international freight transport confirms that the State Savings Bank meets all European standards regarding safety, staff qualifications, fleet condition, and process organization,” commented the Deputy Chairman of the Board Yevhen Drachko-Yermolenko.
