On Friday, June 13, Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga will travel to the Czech Republic.
This visit is at the invitation of his Czech counterpart, Jan Lipavsky.
In Prague, the minister will participate in the GLOBSEC-2025 forum, where he will speak on a panel discussion regarding Russian aggression against Ukraine and the prospects for achieving peace.
It is anticipated that Sybiga's address will highlight the international community's attention to Russia's terror against our state and people, its refusal to cease hostilities and engage in peace efforts, and the need to increase pressure on the aggressor.
Prior to the “Weimar Plus” meeting, Sybiga expressed discomfort reading greetings from “some countries” on Russia Day.
A coalition of countries in the “Weimar+” format announced on Thursday, June 12, their readiness to intensify pressure on Russia, which continues to reject “serious and reliable commitments” towards peace efforts.
