Details: For the first time, a legal framework has been established for the involvement of private aircraft in air defense operations.

Specifically, the procedure for temporary registration has been simplified, with the timeframe reduced to 10 days, as opposed to the previous 2 to 6 months required for state aircraft.

Direct quote from Rustem Umerov: "Until today, there were no legal grounds for involving private aircraft in air defense tasks, despite the fact that aware citizens have long offered their equipment to counter enemy air attacks. This step will enhance the capabilities of air defense in light of the increasing use of strike drones by the enemy."
