A number of Southeast European countries have confirmed their willingness to provide Ukraine with new defense packages. These agreements were reached during President Volodymyr Zelensky's meetings with leaders at the “Ukraine – Southeast Europe” summit held on June 11 in Odesa.

This information was reported by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha during a national telethon “Unified News”.

According to the Foreign Minister, additional military support for Ukraine was assured during the bilateral meetings with the summit participants.

Furthermore, as noted by Andrii Sybiha, specific bilateral infrastructure projects and energy cooperation issues were discussed.

In particular, partners expressed their readiness to assist Ukraine in preparing for the upcoming winter heating season.

The “Ukraine – Southeast Europe” summit, which took place in Odesa on June 11, was attended by leaders from 12 countries in the region, as well as representatives of the European Union.
