Details: The agreements were signed on behalf of Ukraine by Niko Gachechiladze, the director of the Agency for State-Private Partnership.

The agreements consist of a partnership agreement and a Limited Liability Company agreement, which will act as the general partner in the fund.

The Ministry of Economy has not disclosed the specific terms of the agreements.

It’s worth noting that the Verkhovna Rada ratified the agreement for cooperation with the U.S. to establish a recovery investment fund on May 8. President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the corresponding law on May 12.

Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko mentioned that the recovery investment fund will become operational within weeks following the ratification of the agreement.
