Deputy of the Kyiv City Council (Fatherland faction) Hanna Svyrydenko held a meeting with the leadership of Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 1 to discuss the urgent need for equipment upgrades.
According to the deputy, the hospital accommodates around 350 children daily for inpatient treatment, placing a heavy burden on both the medical staff and the facility's resources.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Council.
“The hospital on Bohatyrska Street approached me for assistance in acquiring modern equipment. This is an essential medical institution for all of Kyiv, featuring numerous specialized departments, including a mental health center, surgery, dialysis, and a burn department.
Currently, a major renovation of the pediatric department is underway, and soon, with the funds from the deputy’s budget, modern functional beds will be purchased for the young patients,” emphasized Hanna Svyrydenko.
The deputy also thanked the hospital staff for their dedicated and daily work for the benefit of children.
