A few days ago, an incident took place in the Darnytsia district of Kyiv, where an unknown individual approached a musician in a wheelchair. When asked to perform a song in Russian, the musician declined, leading to the aggressor using foul language and threatening physical violence.
Following the social media reports of the incident, the police initiated an investigation. With the help of criminal analysis experts, they quickly identified the offender - a 29-year-old local resident. He could not provide a valid explanation for his actions, claiming he was intoxicated.
The police took the man to the Darnytsia police station, where they filed an administrative report against him under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses for petty hooliganism.
