On September 2, Russian drones once again struck the region of Bila Tserkva. Unfortunately, there has been a loss of life.
As a result of the attack in the Bila Tserkva district, a fire broke out at a local enterprise. Warehouses, utility buildings, and a garage cooperative were damaged. Six cars were destroyed, and eight vehicles suffered damage. Additionally, seven apartment buildings and an educational institution were affected. 
Sadly, one person has died. 
Emergency response teams, investigative units, police bomb disposal experts, and State Emergency Service workers are currently on-site.
Investigators have initiated a criminal case under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding war crimes.
