Today's teens are increasingly influenced by social media, often unaware that some content may be manipulative or misleading.

In Ukraine, a free course on digital hygiene has been launched to equip young people with the skills to protect themselves online.

The course is designed like a computer game, featuring vibrant characters, quests, and rewards. It can be accessed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. After completion, participants can revisit lessons or redo tasks at any time.

The course is created by Oksana Moroz, an information field researcher and author of the book “How Not to Become a Vegetable”, and Kateryna Holtzberg, a child psychologist and president of the Professional Association of Child Analytical Psychologists.

The course is available online on the Unicorn School interactive platform. Sign up here: https://unicorn.itstep.org/infohygiene-training-course

Share information about the course with friends or in parenting groups — together we can make the information space safer for our children.
