This weekend, public transport in Kyiv will operate differently due to scheduled food fairs on several city streets. The changes affect a number of buses and trolleybuses.

Specifically, on Saturday, August 2, bus routes will be altered for buses No. 2, 6, 39, 44, 49, 87, 95, 110 and trolleybuses No. 34, 37-A. On Sunday, August 3, bus No. 31 will also be affected.

From the start of service until the fairs conclude, the transport will run as follows:

  • Bus No. 2 — from Vakhanga Kikabidze street to Vitaliy Skakun street along its usual route, then along Vatslav Havel boulevard — Harnatna street — Beresteisky avenue back to Sholudenka street, returning along its usual route;
  • Bus No. 6 — from Darnytsia square to Myroslavska street (without entering Liskivska and Radunska streets);
  • Bus No. 39 — towards Lysogirsky lane from Holosiivskyi avenue — Nauky avenue — Lysogirska street (to the transport interchange at the intersection with Rakietna and Panoramna streets) — Lysogirska street — Lysogirsky lane, returning along its usual route;
  • Bus No. 44 — from the city train station “Berezniaky” to Liskivska street along its usual route, then Radunska street to Myroslavska street;
  • Bus No. 49 — from the city train station “Berezniaky” to Ambrosii Buchma street along its usual route, then Pavla Tychyna avenue — Dnipro embankment, then back on its usual route;
  • Bus No. 87 — towards Rusanivski gardens from the city train station “Berezniaky” to Yurii Shumskiy street along its usual route, then Pavla Tychyna avenue — Berezniakivska street, then back on its usual route;
  • Bus No. 95 — towards Rusanivski gardens from the city train station “Berezniaky” to Yurii Shumskiy street along its usual route, then Pavla Tychyna avenue — Dnipro embankment, then back on its usual route;
  • Bus No. 110 — from the metro station “Ukrainian Heroes Square” to Liskivska street along its usual route, then Radunska street to Myroslavska street (without entering Liskivska street), no changes on the return;
  • Bus No. 31 — from the metro station “Polytechnic Institute” — Beresteisky avenue — Bohdan Havrylyshyn street — Dovnar-Zapolskyi street — Dehtyarivska street — Belaruska street — Derevlianska street — Yurii Illienko street — Academician Romodanov street — Zaharivska street — Prince Volodymyr Monomakh street — Tatarska street;
  • Trolleybus No. 34 — from Pivnichna street to Stepan Bandera avenue;
  • Trolleybus No. 37-A — from “Lisova” metro station to Chervonoi Kalyny avenue.
