On April 22, PrAT "Ukrhydroenergo" successfully awarded a tender to "Consulting Company "Ostriv" for consulting services in the fields of engineering and construction amounting to 8.28 million UAH.

Over the next six months, the company is tasked with conducting comprehensive construction, technical, economic, and electrical engineering research, as well as assessing financial losses caused by Russian aggression affecting the assets of "Ukrhydroenergo".

The project involves evaluating several properties, including both immovable and movable assets of the "Dnipro HPP" (1.75 million UAH), "Cascade of Kyiv HPPs and PSPs" (1.47 million UAH), "Kremenchuk HPP" (2.03 million UAH), and "Srednodniprovskaya HPP" (3.03 million UAH).

The services also include determining the costs of establishing protective structures and counter-drone measures for "Ukrhydroenergo" facilities.

One competitor, "Apraisel UA", offered a lower price, but their bid was rejected due to lack of tender guarantee.

Other competitors included "Advisory and Research" and "Asset Expertise".

The Kyiv-based "Consulting Company "Ostriv" is owned by its director Serhiy Petenko and Yuliya Amfiteatrova, with connections to "Ostriv-Register LLC" in Simferopol.
