Law enforcement officials reported that she intended to place the camera with live streaming opposite Ukrainian defense facilities to guide Russian airstrikes.
After receiving funding from Russian intelligence, she purchased the necessary equipment and headed to a military site to set up a "surveillance point."
However, she was caught by SBU officers at the crime scene near military infrastructure.
During the search, authorities seized equipment, including the camera and a mobile phone, which contained evidence of her cooperation with Russian operatives.
The investigation revealed that the woman had been recruited remotely via a Telegram channel that promised a "quick income."
In addition to setting up surveillance points, she also monitored the aftermath of enemy attacks, regularly visiting strike sites based on instructions from her handler.
According to the prosecutor's office, she has been charged with treason in wartime conditions and is currently in custody. She faces life imprisonment.
