On April 20, there were 96 recorded combat encounters on the frontline, with nearly 40 attacks directed at the Pokrovsk direction, totaling 1882 shelling incidents against the positions of Ukrainian forces and civilian areas.

Details: In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to breach our defensive lines near the settlement of Krasne Pershe.

In the Kupiansk direction, an attack was reported near Holubivka.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy launched 12 attacks, trying to infiltrate our defenses near the settlements of Nadiya and Myrne.

In the Siversk direction, there were three attempts to advance near Bilohorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked five times around Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk direction, 10 attacks were recorded near Druzhba and Toretsk.

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders repelled 39 assaults in the areas of Sukhobalky and other settlements.

In the Novopavlivsk direction, the enemy carried out five attacks near Konstantynopil.

In the Orikhiv direction, there were four attempts to advance against our defenders.

In the Huliaipole and Dnipro directions, no combat encounters occurred.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of enemy offensive formations were detected.

In the Kursk region, the enemy carried out 184 shelling attacks, with 17 from multiple rocket launchers. Our defenders halted 16 assaults by the invaders.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicting significant losses on the occupying forces and actively undermining their offensive potential in the rear.
