The head of state emphasized that the crimes committed by Russia against Ukrainians must not be forgotten. Everyone worldwide should remember that for Russia, human life is worth nothing.

On April 4, a Russian ballistic missile struck right next to homes and a playground, down the street, taking the lives of 19 people, 9 of whom were children.
