A new public venue for selecting future military intelligence operatives has been inaugurated in the capital – the Recruitment Center of the Main Intelligence Directorate.

Source: Chief of GUR MO Kyrylo Budanov on Telegram.

Budanov stated: "The GUR consists primarily of highly skilled and motivated servicemen. On average, from a hundred candidates, only one is granted the opportunity to serve in military intelligence…".

The outcome of this approach has resulted in 9 sunken ships and boats of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, successful raids into enemy territory, and thousands of eliminated occupiers".

Details: At the recruitment center, candidates will conduct interviews, basic testing, and receive consultations about service.

According to Budanov, those wishing to become intelligence officers will be selected carefully, focusing on quality.

The GUR is looking for individuals who can adapt, are ready for risks, and can work "on the edge".

"I am convinced that thanks to the Center’s work, the number of those wishing to join the Main Intelligence Directorate will increase – primarily in special operations units," Budanov concluded.
