Journalist Oleksa Zhovty and military members were heading to Kharkiv to document the operations of the "Hiaсinth-B" towed artillery. At a distance of 20 km from the front line, their Nissan Navara was struck by the enemy's drone.

As a result of the attack, two military personnel sustained minor injuries, and the vehicle was rendered inoperable.

The explosion occurred beneath the vehicle, creating a sensation similar to a mine detonation. The journalist and soldiers quickly exited the vehicle and took cover in a nearby building to call for assistance. The most seriously injured was the press officer of the brigade, Igor Lavrov.

A military vehicle promptly arrived to evacuate the injured and the journalist to the nearest village, where it was deemed safer to await medical evacuation.

The damaged vehicle is currently being repaired by the military at their base.
