Free Psychological Support for Veterans and Their Families: How to Access Help

The government offers no-cost psychological assistance to veterans and their families. These  services are available individually, as well as for families or groups.

Support is provided at three essential levels:

1. Social-psychological — includes social services for support, adaptation, and counseling.
2. Psychological — one-on-one sessions with professionals.
3. Medical-psychological — rehabilitation and treatment provided by a team of specialists.

The state fully reimburses providers for the cost of psychological assistance services for veterans and their families.
