The Defense Forces eliminated 94 drones used by the Russian army in their attacks on Ukraine, with enemy hits recorded at 11 locations. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
On the night of November 7 (starting from 20:00 on November 6), the opponent launched an attack with 128 strike UAVs of types such as Shahed, Gerber, and others from directions including Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in the Russian Federation, and Chauda in temporarily occupied Crimea, with approximately 80 of them being «Shaheds».
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense forces shot down/neutralized 94 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerber, and other types in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.
A total of 31 strikes were recorded on 11 locations. The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs still in the airspace. Please follow safety rules!
