The Ukrainian air defense forces managed to neutralize one air-launched ballistic missile X-47M2 "Kinzhal" and 115 drones that were used by Russian forces to attack Ukraine on the evening of November 2. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Telegram.
Since 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 2, aggressors launched an assault on Ukraine with three X-47M2 "Kinzhal" missiles from the airspace of the Lipetsk region, four "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles from the temporarily occupied Crimea, five S-300/S-400 guided missiles from the Kursk region, and 138 strike drones of the Shahed type, "Herbera" and other types from directions: Kursk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. About 80 of them were Shahed-type drones.
The air assault was countered by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, drone systems, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 8:30 AM on Monday, November 3, the air defense shot down/suppressed one X-47M2 "Kinzhal" missile and 115 drones in northern, southern, and eastern Ukraine.
Missile hits and 20 strike drones were recorded at 11 different locations.
The attack is ongoing, with several enemy drones still in the airspace.
