Ukrainian air defense forces successfully neutralized 67 out of 79 Russian drones. This information was shared by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Telegram.
On the night of November 2 (from 19:00 on November 1), the enemy launched an attack with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from the Bryansk region, along with 79 strikes from Shahed-type UAVs, Gerbera, and other drones from directions including Kursk, Millerovo, Orel, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – RF, with about 50 of them being 'shaheds'.
The aerial assault was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 09:00, preliminary data indicates that air defense forces shot down or suppressed 67 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera types, and others in the northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.
One ballistic missile and 12 strike UAVs have been recorded hitting 6 locations, as well as debris falling in 2 locations.
The attack continues, and several enemy UAVs remain in the airspace. Please adhere to safety protocols.
