Between September 18 and the morning of the 19th, Russian forces launched attacks on Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions. As a result of the shelling, five individuals lost their lives, and seven others were injured.

On the morning of September 19, Russian forces targeted the Stepnohirska community using an FPV drone. A 74-year-old man was injured, and his condition is assessed as critical. According to Ivan Fedorov, on September 18, the occupiers launched 376 strikes on 14 populated areas in the region. As a result of the attack on the Polohy district, four women were injured.
In Kharkiv region, seven populated areas were under fire. In the village of Bilyi Kolodyaz of the Vovchanska community, a 37-year-old man was injured. Local authorities report that the enemy actively employed various types of weapons, including 10 KAB aerial bombs and several drones of the "Geran-2" and "Molnia" types. The strikes damaged civilian infrastructure: in the Kharkiv district – an agricultural building in Mala Danilivka, in the Kupiansk district – a private house in Novomykolaivka and a gas station in Shevchenkove, and in the Chuhuiv district – a residential building in Bilyi Kolodyaz. In the Lozova district, a cultural center and several storage facilities of a farm in Bashylivka were destroyed.
In Donetsk, five people were killed in Kostiantynivka on September 18, and another person was injured. The regional administration emphasizes that these figures do not account for losses in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
