On August 14, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in collaboration with other units, struck the maritime port of “Olya” in the Astrakhan region of Russia. This action is part of ongoing efforts to diminish the enemy's capacity for aerial assaults.

According to reports from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, this port serves as a crucial supply hub for military goods from Iran to Russian forces.

It has been confirmed that the vessel “Port Olya 4” was hit, which was loaded with components for the “Shahed” drones and munitions.

Details of the strike's outcomes are currently being clarified.

The defense forces continue to develop strategies to undermine the military capabilities of the Russian occupiers and to force Russia to halt its armed aggression against Ukraine.
