On the night of July 25 to 26, Russian forces launched a significant attack on Dnipro and the surrounding area, leading to two deaths and five injuries. Local residents witnessed extensive fires and substantial damage.
Serhiy Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, reported on the situation: "It was a terrible night. The occupiers used various means to assault the region."
Preliminary reports indicate that 7 missiles and 26 drones were shot down, but unfortunately, not all strikes were intercepted. As a result of the attack, a man died in Dnipro, and a woman was injured.
"High-rise buildings were severely damaged, industrial facilities were destroyed, and numerous fires broke out, including in parking lots where cars ignited."
Several blazes were also recorded in the Dnipro district, notably in a shopping center, as well as on various locations where dry grass was burning."
Lysak also noted casualties in the Dnipro district, where one person lost their life and four others were injured.
Additionally, the aggressor struck the Pokrov community in the Synelnykove district, causing a fire. In the Nikopol district, an FPV drone hit its target, and there were also attacks on the Marhanets community.
