In Ukraine, a new attack involving 71 strike drones of the Shahed type has been recorded, with 26 reaching their targets while others were intercepted.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Forces via Telegram.

According to the Air Forces: "As of 9:00 AM, our forces have destroyed/neutralized 27 enemy drones of the Shahed type (other types included) in the north, east, and central regions of the country. 18 drones were lost or neutralized by electronic warfare systems. 26 strikes were recorded at 14 locations, with debris falling in 5 distinct areas".

It has been noted that the invaders launched drones from Russian cities such as Kursk, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk, as well as from Cape Chauda, located in the temporarily occupied Crimea.

Attacks targeted the Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Cherkasy regions.
