Ukraine has successfully reclaimed the remains of another thousand of its soldiers held by Russia.

Law enforcement officials, together with experts from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will carry out all necessary examinations and identify the repatriated remains". - reported  the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

 The Coordination Headquarters clarified to "Ukrainska Pravda" that this repatriation effort is a scheduled operation and is not part of any agreements made in Istanbul.
