Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 579 strikes on 13 populated areas in the Zaporizhzhia region.

This information was shared by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, Ivan Fedorov, via Telegram, as reported by Ukrinform.

«A 66-year-old man was injured due to enemy attacks in the Polohy district. The Russian military executed 7 airstrikes on Stepnogirsk, Plavni, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka, and Charivne,» Fedorov noted.

According to the regional administration, 393 drones of various modifications (mainly FPV) attacked Bilenke, Prymorske, Kamianske, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Preobrazhenka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

The occupiers also shelled Prymorske and Huliaipole with three strikes from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Fedorov stated that 176 artillery strikes were carried out on the territories of Kamianske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.

There were 11 reports of destruction of apartments, private houses, garages, and vehicles.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians attacked frontline communities in the Zaporizhzhia region, and explosions were heard in Zaporizhzhia and some districts.
