A significant fire erupted at an industrial site in the Kyiv region following a hostile attack – flames engulfed an area of 8000 square meters.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on their Facebook page, spokesperson Victoria Ruban stated.
According to the service: "In the Kyiv region, efforts continue to extinguish the fire caused by a nighttime attack. The incident occurred at one of the facilities, covering an area of 8000 sq.m."
Victoria Ruban clarified that the facility involved is a wooden pallet processing enterprise located in the village of Trebukhiv in the Brovary district.
"The fire has already been contained. The extinguishing process is ongoing. Preliminary reports indicate no injuries have occurred," Ruban said.
