In the evening of July 2, the Russian military launched a drone attack on Sumy, resulting in no casualties.

This was reported by Oleg Grygorov, the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, alongside the Sumy police.

Details: Around 6 PM, an enemy drone struck the Kovalivka district in Sumy.

Direct quote: "The blast wave damaged the windows of a minibus passing by at the time of the attack. The driver quickly moved to a safe distance and dropped off the passengers – thankfully, none were harmed.".

Windows of several private cars and a residential building were also damaged.
