At approximately 14:30, the Russian army targeted the center of Kherson, resulting in the death of one man and injuries to another local resident.

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

"As a result of the shelling, a man sustained injuries incompatible with life. His identity is currently being established".

Additionally, a 61-year-old resident of Kherson was injured. He was taken to the hospital with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds, and medical staff are providing him with assistance.
