The capital of Ukraine has reported that the number of casualties from a rocket attack by Russian forces has reached 31.

This information was shared by Timur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, on Telegram.

«As of 11:00, there are 31 reported casualties in Kyiv. Search and rescue operations are still ongoing,» he stated.

According to Tkachenko, there may still be three people trapped under the rubble in the Shevchenkivskyi district.

At 12:30, Vodologa reported that the death toll has risen to 7.
