Regular updates from Interior Minister Klymenko and military commanders regarding the situation after the latest massive attack. Over 440 drones and 32 missiles were used. This is one of the most horrific strikes on Kyiv. Additionally, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Chernihiv region, Zhytomyr region, Kirovohrad region, Mykolaiv region, and Kyiv region were attacked overnight.

Currently, rescue operations are ongoing in Kyiv to retrieve people trapped under the rubble of residential buildings. The exact number of casualties is still unclear. Russian forces destroyed an entire entrance of an apartment building. In total, buildings in eight districts of Kyiv have been damaged. Rescuers are still working at all impact sites, including Odesa. All victims are receiving necessary assistance. As of 09:20, there are reports of 75 injured and 15 dead. My condolences to the families of the deceased.

Such attacks are pure terrorism. The entire world, including the USA and Europe, must finally respond as a civilized society does to terrorists.

Putin acts this way because he believes he can continue the war. He seeks war further. It is unfortunate when world leaders turn a blind eye to this. We are in contact with all partners at all possible levels to ensure an appropriate response. It is the terrorists who should feel pain, not ordinary, peaceful people.
