A significant fire broke out at an industrial facility in Boryspil, Kyiv region, during the night of June 10, as a result of a Russian military assault.

Source: State Emergency Service (SES) and Boryspil Mayor Igor Sapozhko on Telegram, SES spokesperson for Kyiv region Victoria Ruban in a comment to Ukrainian Truth.

According to SES: "Due to a combined enemy strike, a fire ignited at one of the industrial sites. Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames over an area of 2500 square meters.".

Details: The exact name or address of the facility has not been disclosed, but it is noted that the fire occurred in the Boryspil community.

To combat the large-scale fire, 104 firefighters and 35 units of equipment were deployed.

Later, SES spokesperson Victoria Ruban clarified in a comment to Ukrainian Truth that the fire occurred on the outskirts of Boryspil. When asked about the fire trucks labeled "Boryspil Airport," she stated that the fire was not at the airport.

"No, it was not at the airport. These trucks were simply called in. They are always deployed to tackle such large fires. Another facility in Boryspil was on fire," the spokesperson said.

Additionally, due to Russian attacks, private residential buildings, garages, and civilian vehicles were damaged in the Brovary, Fastiv, and Obukhiv districts of Kyiv region. Information about victims is being updated, SES officials stated.

Meanwhile, Brovary Mayor Igor Sapozhko reported that about 20 private houses in Brovary and Trebukhiv were damaged, as well as a vehicle in Brovary was hit by debris.

"Fortunately, there were no casualties," emphasized Sapozhko.
