On the night of June 7, Kherson was targeted by Russian military forces. This horrific attack resulted in the deaths of two civilians, with two others sustaining injuries and several residential buildings being damaged.

Direct quote: "Under enemy fire, residential buildings were hit – two apartment blocks were damaged. Unfortunately, a couple lost their lives – a 56-year-old man and a 54-year-old woman".

Additionally, in the morning, Russian troops struck a civilian vehicle in the Dnipro district, resulting in injuries to two individuals.

According to the Regional Administration: "A 65-year-old man suffered blast injuries, including wounds to the head, neck, chest, and forearms. A 60-year-old woman sustained injuries to her arm and collarbone".
