Statement from OVA: "Last night, Russian forces once again targeted civilian facilities in several communities in the Sumy region. In the Bilopillia community, a civilian was killed as a result of the strike, and one person is in critical condition at the hospital. Residential buildings have been significantly damaged."

Further details: In the Verkhnyosyrivka community, the invaders destroyed parts of the civilian infrastructure, while in the Richkiv community, a private house was demolished.

Moreover, the occupiers struck a farming area in the Nedryhailiv community, causing a fire in storage facilities containing agricultural machinery.
