Due to technical updates at a major data processing center, mobile applications have experienced a temporary outage, reported "Dii".

Details: Social media reports indicate that banking apps, "Nova Poshta", "Dii", "Kyiv Digital" and others are not functioning.

Gorokhovskyi suggested that a hacker attack might have targeted a major data center.

The Kyiv City State Administration noted that due to the technical failure in "Oschadbank", contactless payment for subway rides is currently unavailable.

At the moment, fare payment can be made:

  • with a transport card;
  • using a QR code generated in the Kyiv Digital app;
  • with a paper QR ticket.

Updated: It was later clarified that the issue was not related to a cyber attack. During scheduled maintenance at the De Novo data center, power was lost.
