A new service for replacing vehicle registration certificates will soon be available on the "Diia" portal.

This was announced by the app's press service.

"Lost your document? Damaged it? Changed personal information? Want to update your license plates? Soon, all of this will be possible without visiting an MVS service center — just a few clicks in the app", the message states.

Currently, the "Diia" team encourages everyone to test the new service in beta mode.

How to apply for beta testing:

• Go to the link on the "Diia" portal — https://diia.gov.ua/zamina-tekhpasporta;
• Fill out a short form — provide your name and contact details.

Who can become a tester:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You have a taxpayer ID in the "Diia";
• You have a biometric document in the app: passport or ID;
• You are a vehicle owner, and your registration certificate is already in the "Diia".
