Google has unveiled a set of new artificial intelligence features for Workspace aimed at business clients. One of the most exciting additions is the ability to create podcasts directly from Google Docs.

This feature was first introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024 but was not available to users in Ukraine. Now, it will be accessible to all Workspace users worldwide. With the help of artificial intelligence, you will not only be able to listen to the text in the document but also generate a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the content.

Google has not yet disclosed which languages will be supported, but this feature is expected to be available in the coming weeks.

Additionally, a feature called Help me refine will be introduced, acting as a personal AI editor that provides suggestions on how to enhance the written text. Its launch is scheduled for this quarter.

In Google Sheets, a new function called Help me analyze will also be added. Gemini will analyze data in spreadsheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This feature is expected to roll out by the end of 2025.
