The Ukrainian government initiates a new phase of digitalization of services for its citizens by 2026.

This plan involves the participation of 25 governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation. Our goal is to simplify access to services for all Ukrainians by eliminating paperwork, queues, and bureaucratic hurdles.

We aim to digitize over 30 types of services across various sectors: from education to healthcare, social protection for veterans, military services, construction, and customs. Among the planned innovations are online registration for divorce and death, as well as remote theoretical driving exams. Additionally, customs services are also set to be digitalized to reduce bureaucracy and corruption.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to implement digital solutions so that citizens can access services quickly and without wasting time. We strive to make the state more digital and services more convenient and accessible.
