Google has announced a funding of $1.5 million to support the educational project "Dream" in Ukraine. This funding will be utilized to expand the implementation of the ecosystem in schools, including pilot programs in kindergartens and engaging new participants.

The primary goal of "Dream" is to involve over 500,000 parents and students by providing a centralized hub for all participants in the educational process. Recently, the project announced new features based on artificial intelligence that will assist children in discovering and developing their talents. AI will also be used to optimize teachers' workflows, and in the future, it may even help in creating tests.

"At Google, we believe that education is the foundation for building a successful future, and the 'Dream' platform is a vivid example of this vision. Our support will help the 'Dream' team expand its activities, integrate advanced AI tools for personalized learning, and enhance the capabilities of Ukrainian students, teachers, and parents. This support reflects our shared mission to use technology to unlock new opportunities for everyone," said Rowan Barnett, Director of Google.org Europe.

Google's support will be implemented in partnership with the Eastern Europe Foundation, which acts as a key mediator in implementing initiatives and programs aimed at developing "Dream".

"Google's support is an important signal that Ukraine is creating innovative products that change people's lives and open new opportunities for our children. As of September, over 2000 schools have already begun training with 'Dream'. In 2026, we plan to pilot preschool education and develop a concept for higher education institutions. With the support from Google, we can develop the product even faster, adding new features and tools based on artificial intelligence," said Mykhailo Fedorov, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Digital Transformation.

In September 2024, "Dream" was launched in testing mode, and in April 2025, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the web portal and application became available for all interested schools. Learn more about the project and join it on the official website.
