Starting July 1, 2025, the responsibilities previously handled by the State Special Communications Service under the "Drone Army Bonus" project, also known as "e-balls", will be transferred to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, the Defense Procurement Agency, and the Brave1 defense cluster.

The State Special Communications Service, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Defense, and other partners, launched this system from scratch. We designed, tested, and implemented it, proving its effectiveness.

Additionally, the State Special Communications Service was assigned key roles: verifying points for destroyed enemy assets, processing requests for equipment supply from military units, signing contracts with suppliers, receiving products, and delivering them to defenders based on the requests received. The Service successfully completed its assigned tasks.

Now, as the project is ready for scaling and other participants have gained the necessary capabilities, we are transferring our functions to the relevant bodies that will carry out these tasks.
