The Ministry of Defense app "Army+" is conducting a survey among military personnel to identify barriers that hinder service, in line with the initiative of Ukraine's First Lady Olena Zelenska.

This was reported by the app's press service.

As part of the survey, military personnel will have the opportunity to anonymously share their experiences and highlight the barriers they or their comrades face during their service.

These barriers can be diverse—social, physical, psychological, informational, or organizational—that complicate the performance of duties, adaptation to military environments, or access to necessary support.

The survey also allows participants to propose their own ideas and initiatives aimed at improving service conditions.

Respondents can share their vision of how to make military service more dignified, fair, inclusive, and convenient for all categories of military personnel, regardless of their experience, health status, or life circumstances.

The questionnaire consists of six thematic sections, addressing practical situations that soldiers encounter daily, digital and informational barriers, as well as their communication and interaction experiences with various state and military institutions.

The responses collected will be used to create practical recommendations that will enhance the level of accessibility, improve support for personnel, and foster a safer, more humane, and just environment within the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
