Ukrainian boxing star Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs), the reigning champion in the heavyweight division with titles from WBC, WBO, WBA, and IBO, expressed his thoughts on the upcoming rematch with Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs).

Usyk's words were quoted by Ringmagazine.

"I am grateful to God for the chance to fight for the absolute champion title again.

Thank you, Daniel, for guarding my IBF belt – now I am ready to reclaim it", Usyk said.

It is confirmed that the Usyk vs. Dubois 2 fight will take place on July 19 at Wembley Stadium.

It's worth noting that Usyk and Dubois previously met in the ring in August 2023, where Oleksandr won by knockout in the 9th round.
